Wandaline Perelli Obituary
July 1, 1929 - March 1, 2016
Wandaline Perelli, 86, of San Francisco, California, died peacefully on March 1, 2016 in Sherman Oaks, CA. Born in Honolulu in 1929, she moved to SF in 1932, graduated from Lowell High School ('47) and Stanford ('52). She was a beloved math and French teacher for over four decades at Lincoln, Poly, McAteer and Lowell High Schools.Wandaline was an active member of the Dominican Chorale for many years. She was a pianist, dancer, photographer, frequent traveler and loved to stay active, having run or walked in 35 Bay to Breakers races.
Wandaline is survived by daughter, Angela Perelli and her husband Chris Ebbott, grandchildren, Karry Farebrother, Jackson and Clover Ebbott, and her sister, Mercedes Carter. She is predeceased by her son, Edward Farebrother.
A public Celebration of Life will take place on April 2 at 2pm at the SF Film Centre in the Presidio. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in her name can be made to the Dominican Chorale, C/O Dominican University Music Office, 50 Acacia Ave, San Rafael, CA 94901, or the Lowell Alumni Association at lowellalumni.org/donate.
