Gabriel Rodriguez Obituary

RODRIGUEZ-Gabriel S. Rodriguez, born March 24, 1950 passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday the 16th of September. He was born in Woodlake, CA and raised in the Bassett area where he was very active in youth baseball and football. Gabriel worked for the L.A. Unified School District for over 25 years. He was a loving husband, father, brother and son who is survived by his wife Marie, his 5 children Micheal (wife Adrienne), Joseph, Sara, Angela & Gabriel plus his granddaughters. He also leaves behind his brothers Frank, Adrian, & John and his sisters Bonnie & Delores. Gabriel served his country honorably in Vietnam while serving in the Marine Corps as a scout sniper and earned the Purple Heart. He was a member of VFW Post 3197 in Baldwin Park. Family and friends loved him and he will deeply be missed. A memorial service will held at St. Louis of France Church on Wednesday, September 22nd at Noon. Semper Fi Gabriel! OohRahh
