My sympathy to the family. As Jesus looked to the Heavenly Father for strength and power in his time of deep sorrow, may you do the same. John 11:39-44

I grew up on Shadybend Drive and Margie Duarte was a constant ray of sunshine and helpfulness. She walked and walked every day throughout the neighborhood with every season and every temperature. It did not matter if it was super cold or blazing hot, she enjoyed her walks and lending a helping hand or extra ear and sage advice. She never forgot a face or a special detail and she could pick up where your last conversation left off even though it could have been months apart. Margie's eyes twinkled, her smile was radiant and she had a sweet laugh when something tickled her fancy. She said hello to anyone who crossed her path (literally). She liked being in motion because even as she stopped to chat, she would place one hand over the other and rock back and forth on her heels while speaking of her life in Texas and Oklahoma, her children's accomplishments and life's adventures. Margie was an example of unconditional love and being of service to neighbors and beyond. Whatever she had, she shared it wholeheartedly and without reservation. I do believe
Margie was an angel...a true earth angel and I am so honored to have known her. Rest now in God's radiant love above.
