Dear Bob and Rick,
My heart is sad. Joe and Rosemary and my parents, Paul and Marion Brown were close friends. Rosemary was in their wedding. I know it's been years since I saw Linda but she will always have a special place in my heart. So sorry for your loss.

Mr. Pilsl and family,
My sympathies to all of you. Although I didn't have Mrs. P as a teacher, I, as well as all of us, knew her. I had Mrs. Daane, but often was in her classroom for whatever reason. She was a very respected teacher at Cedar Grove. God bless you all in her passing. Til we meet again, Linnea.

Mr. Pilsl, I am so sorry for your loss. 6th grade was a wonderful year in school for me and so many others because of the love and care that you and your wife shared for each other and for students. I am so grateful to have known and been taught by both of you. May God give you His comfort and peace as you grieve, and may you know and experience His deep love for you in Christ.

Mr and Mrs Pilsl were amazing teachers. I remember moving to the area and being the only african american kid there. They were so welcoming to me. I kind of became the teachers pet. Mrs Pilsl used to have me correct tests and would give me candy. They made learning fun, though the treats were an added bonus. The Pilsl duo were my favorite teachers and I always think of them from time to time. My condolences to the family. RIP to a beautiful soul!Thank you

My thoughts and prayers are with you. My family still talks about how you inspired us to use our talents. (Todd designing and wiring a stop and go light and me painting back drops for a play). I learned so much about being a memorable teacher through you and Mrs. P. I am celebrating my 10th year of teaching K4 & K -8th grade Spanish.

My deepest sympathies to you and family Mr. Pilsl. Mrs. Pilsl's love for teddy bears inspired me to collect them and I still have the antique bear that she gave me when I was in third grade. I loved having you both as my teachers and have thought of you both often over the years. You inspired me to get my teaching degree. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time.

Linda and I attended St. Paul's and North High together. I remember her well, especially our time in elementary school. I remember walking past her house on my way home from school. I did not know that Linda attended UW-Oskosh or that she had a career as a teacher. I attended that college also and was also a teacher. It seems like our paths could have passed more frequently than we thought as children. I admire all that I read about Linda's accomplishment. I also think that her husband may have been an old friend of my brother, Doug Teumer. It seems like I may have read about that in the past also. I am sending my condolences to the family and friends of Linda. I am sure she will be missed by all.
