Ann Crotts Obituary

ANN CROTTS

KINGS MOUNTAIN-Annie Mae Barrett Crotts, 85, of 716 Sipes St., Kings Mountain, and formerly of Shelby, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016, at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain.

Born March 15, 1931, in Caldwell County, she was a daughter of the late Lester Hosea Barrett and Annie Maude Hoyle Barrett. She was retired from Harris Teeter after 20 years of service.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Porter Crotts and two brothers, Ronnie Barrett and Frank Barrett.

Survivors include two sons, Mike Crotts and Bill Barrett and wife, Anna of Lawndale; three daughters, Wanda Lewis of Pennsylvania, Chelle Bradley and husband, Jason of Bostic and Tina Burr and husband, Shawn of Shelby; sister, Mavin Hoyle of Fallston; brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Pearl Barrett of Lawndale; four grandchildren, Jonathan Barrett, Tara Cash, Ryan Cash and Brian Crotts and one great-grandchild, Taylor Crotts.

The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m., Thursday, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park, Boiling Springs.
