Charles Ferrell Obituary
He was born on April 14, 1940, in Newberry County, South Carolina to the late Stewart Lindsay and Eunice Elizabeth Brooks Ferrell.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Cherryville Missionary Methodist Church.
Burial will be in City Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

I MET CHARLIE FOR THE FIRST TIME WHEN HE AND THE FAREWELLS CAME TO ENTERTAIN HERE AT CAROLINA CARE CENTER AND THEN GOT TO KNOW HIM BETTER WHEN HE WAS WAS A RESIDENT HERE. IT WAS TRULY A BLESSING TO KNOW HIM, SUCH A KIND, GENTLE AND UPLIFTING PERSON. TALKING WITH HIM, ENJOYING HIS BEAUTIFUL "LIVING ROOM MUSIC" OR JUST SEEING HIM LIFTING SO MANY PEOPLE UP WAS A JOY. WHENEVER HE WAS AROUND YOU COULD FEEL THAT "SWEET, SWEET SPIRIT". HE WILL BE MISSED BY MANY BUT HEAVEN'S CHOIR WILL SOUND A LITTLE SWEETER.
