Debra Trout Obituary
FOREST CITY-Debra Lynn Moseley Cobb Trout, age 45, of Forest City, died Nov. 7, 2017, at her residence.
She was born June 30, 1972, in Vero Beach, Florida.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017, at First Methodist Church in Forest City.
Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is in charge of the services.

Dearest brother, words cannot begin to describe the amount of pain and sorrow that my heart feels for you. I loved debbie and she was the closest ive ever had to having a sister, and she was the best sister i could have ever wished for. Me and you know the hardships and tragidies that we have endured in our lives already, and you and i know that God keeps us going, and will carry you thru this tragic time once again. Matt, im here for you and love you more than you know. You are not alone thru all this, and you have so many friends and family that love you and are here for you. God has great plans and purpose for you to be as strong and tough as you are. Im lucky to have you as my big brother and i respect you and look up to you so much. Im here for you and im here with you every step of the way. May God bless you, carry you, and keep safe and strong. I love you brother
