Terry Lovelace Obituary
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Mike and Ronnie Lovelace.
Left to cherish his memory is his brother, Keith Lovelace; sister, Cindy L. Houser and husband Mike; sister-in-law, Sondra Lovelace; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Terry was a very special, fun, loving, happy guy. A loving brother, uncle and friend to everyone who knew him. He loved music, loved playing his drums, and singing for the many crowds of people who came to listen to him through the years. He inspired many musicians during his short years on earth. He will be missed very much by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Terry's life, officiated by Rev. Jim Brackett, will be held at 6pm Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 1022 Oak Grove Rd, Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
Terry's family will receive friends from 5:00 to 5:45 prior to the service at the church.

Terry was truly one of a kind in the best way. We had many good times together. I always enjoyed being around Terry as he was so fun loving. He was such a great drummer and vocalist but most of all a good friend. Rest in peace, Bam Bam.

What a kind and generous man he was. The last conversation I had with him we discussed the care he gave to his family members. His mom, his brother Ron, his dad Fred, his brother Mike. He was concerned about his brother Keith. He said i guess i was put here to take care of mY love ones. He did a great job. He failed to take care of Terry.He was our neighbor and a friend and he never failed to offer help if he could.
We have lost a unique person and a good man. What we have lost is Heaven's gain.God bless Cindy,Keith and all of his family. May you find peace knowing he is no longer suffering. Go rest high on that mountain Terry. Barbara and Wayne Smiley

We were seperated by the road, but we were togehter in music. I will always rememebr the mischief we got into and all the crazy camping trips while growing up. I'll never forget us practicing our drumming. My thoughts and prayers are with Keith and Cindy right now. I have always loved your family and still do. I am so greatful to have been able to spend some time with you over the past several months. I love you my brother and you will be missed tremendously. You will never be forgotten.
