Bernice Mueller Obituary
Bernice "Dolly" Mueller, age 83, of Shelton, entered into rest on Friday, June 7, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at Griffin Hospital in Derby. She was the devoted wife of the late Walter Mueller. Bernice was born in Derby on April 9, 1941, daughter of the late Robert and Martha (Bortniak) Corbett, and lived most of her life in Shelton. She was a homemaker and devoted to her family, but was generous with her time volunteering for local organizations. She is the beloved mother of Joyce Mueller, Heidi Winkler and her husband Russell, Walter R. Mueller and his wife Josette, and James Mueller. She also leaves eight cherished grandchildren, Alexander, Kayla, Thomas, Nicole, Jessica, Zachary, Andrew, and Aaron. The Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton, has been entrusted with her arrangements. Online condolences can also be expressed at www.riverviewfh.com .
