Burton Lionel Siegel was born September 21, 1938 in Brooklyn, New York to Herman and Elizabeth Siegel and passed away peacefully, Monday, June 28, 2021 in Allen, Texas.

Burt proudly served our country as a captain in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked as a dentist in Shreveport, Louisiana from 1968 until 2006 and then worked at Community Dental in the Dallas/Ft. He deeply enjoyed serving his community. He often donated his dental services to the Providence House and many other charities.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia "Pat" Siegel.
