Connie Lynn Forrest

ZWOLLE, LA- Connie Lynn Forrest, 51, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2007. She was born on March 9, 1956.

Please join us for Vigil Mass to be held on Tuesday September 4, 2007, 1:30 pm at St. John Berchman's Cathedral, 929 Jordan St., Shreveport, LA 71101. Officiating will be Father Richard J. Lombard of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. An Indian Ceremony will immediately follow in Zwolle, LA.

Connie is survived by her daughter, Crystal Lynn Leonard and by her son, Dean V. Leonard, grandbabies, Peyton Hull, Dustin Leonard, Kyndale Tisdale, Kayleigh Leonard and Kaytlyn Leonard, sisters, Julie Carlisle and Paula Jackson, neice, Pennie Clark and nephews, Randy (Scotty) Scott, John R. Carlisle, Kyle Carlisle, extended family in Houston, Texas and numerous friends, including but not limited to, Charlie Scholz, Ester, Yvonne, "Shirleygirl", Amy, Dr. Ample, "Rosebud", and staff at LSUSMC.

We love you mama. Enjoy your stay in Heaven.
