Kay, Jan, JoAnn, Ann, & Jane,
I am so sad to hear of Miss Emma Lee's passing. All of you are the center of so many happy childhood memories--from shooting fireworks off our front porch, to playing in the playhouse, to watching Miss Emma Lee frost JoAnn's hair to the cement snake under Grandma McWilliams' house, to sitting in the den and visiting. It was always exciting when Ann and Jane came to visit. There are so many memories that I'd like to share with you, but there just isn't room here. I loved Miss Emma Lee like she was a second mother and I remember our emergency number we had to memorize was 9-3112. Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Much love, Linda

Kay, Jan and Jo Ann,
I was so sorry to hear about the death of your mother. I have such fond memories of her as a child growing up and playing at your house. She was quite a character and so funny. Loved her sense of humor. You were so blessed to have her for so long. I know all of you have wonderful memories that will get you through this difficult time. Please know that I am so sorry I can't be at the service but you will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

Jan,
I am sad to receive word from our classmate, Huey, of the death of your mother. Please accept my wife and I's condolences. Your mother must have been a special person because you are a special person, whom I consider to be a friend. You represented her well as it was my pleasure to know you and enjoy our time together at SHS. May you walk with God and remember the good times with your mother as you go through this time of change and adjustment.
Your Class of '64 classmate,
Bill Crouch
