I am so sorry to hear about Kurt....he befriended our family in 1985 when we moved from Omaha Nebraska to Shreveport...he helped us to learn the southern culture. He was such a wonderful help to us.
I asked one of my grandchildren to see if she could find him on the internet so that I could write and thank him. He has always been in our thoughts and prayers...

Sure do miss you, Friend. Every time I hear a motorcycle pass by the house, I think it's you, coming up in the yard on your scooter to visit your summer home. Rest in Peace, dear friend. You are missed indeed!

I am sorry for your loss. Kurt and I were good buddies back in Shreveport long ago and I am very sorry to hear about his passing. He basically taught me how to slalom ski during the summer of 1985. I will miss him.

I'm sorry to hear the news. It's tough to lose one of your "Kids". Kurt was one of me favorites from the old 5th Louisiana Infantry. You're all in our prayers.
