Leeton Lloyd Hollis

HOMER, LA- Funeral services will be held for Leeton Lloyd Hollis, 88, of Homer, La. will be held at the Homer Church of Christ in Homer, La on November 24, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Barge Elmore and Rev. Ray Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Spearsville, La. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on November 24, 2007 from 10-12 noon Saturday at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Homer, La.

He entered into rest on November 22, 2007 in Homer, La. Mr. Hollis was a member of the Homer Church of Christ. He was loved by many and will be sorely missed.

Mr. Hollis graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Agriculture. He taught Agriculture in Union and Lincoln parishes for several years. He later moved to Homer, La. where he owned and operated Hollis Feed and Seed, Inc. In later years he was employed by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture.

Mr. Hollis was preceded in death by his first wife Anita Rockett Hollis; parents Lloyd L. and Wadie Hodge Hollis; sisters, Lora H. Wall, Vera H. Risinger, and Lyda H. Rockett, and a brother, Houston P. Hollis.

He is survived by his wife, Louis W. Hollis, and Stepchildren Kerry Allen, Karen Moser.

Pallbearers will be Art Risinger, Kent Everrett, Leslie Hollis, Ken Bailey, Colin Bailey and Jerry Matthews.

Memorials may be made to Homer Church of Christ, 308 W. 2nd Street, Homer, La. 71040. Rose-Neath Funeral Home
