Randy Flint Obituary
SHREVEPORT, LA - Stuart Randall Flint, 43, passed away suddenly Tuesday, October 24. Randy was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend.
Cherishing his memory are his wife of 22 years, Kandee Kelley Flint and their children, Hayden and Kelley Ann.
Randy will be greatly missed by his parents, Frank and Carolyn Flint; brother, Gregory Flint; brother, Colby Flint and wife, Clarice; mother-in-law, Betty Jane Kelley; sister-in-law, Karen Lewis and husband, Buddy; brother-in-law, Kyle Kelley and wife, Charlene; nephew, Wesley Higgins; nieces, Frances and Sarah Kelley and Alana and Mariah Flint.
He demonstrated great joy in being with and caring for his family. Randy enjoyed camping, boating and traveling with his wife and children. He was a loyal and respected friend. Randy liked to hunt and golf and was an avid fisherman.
A lifelong resident of Shreveport, Randy was a Gas Controller for Centerpoint Energy and was the Director of Research and Product Development for BSX-Biosonix.
Pallbearers will be Ken Ellis, Richard Lindsey, Jim Davis, Bubba Marble, Jimmie Jenkins, and Mark Gryder. Honorary pallbearers are the members of Gas Control at Centerpoint Energy.
Visitation will be Friday, October 27 from 6 to 8 pm at Rose-Neath's Southside Funeral Home. Services will be Saturday, October 28 at 11 am at First Baptist Church of Shreveport. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Children and Youth Ministries at First Baptist Church of Shreveport or the charity of donor's choice. Rose-Neath Funeral Home Southside Chapel

I was so shocked and sadden at hearing that Randy had passed away. Though many years have passed since high school, my memories of Kandee and Randy are still vivid.
