Shawn Bozeman Obituary
STONEWALL, LA - Services will be conducted at Centuries Funeral Home Chapel for Shawn Ray Bozeman, age 34 of Stonewall, La. on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. Robert Bagley. Graveside services will follow in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 31 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Shawn entered into rest on Monday, January 29, 2007. He was a lifelong resident of the Shreveport\ Stonewall area. Shawn was a tattoo artist having worked at many local shops. Most of all he was a loving son and father who had a kind heart.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Billie Bozeman. He is survived by his parents, Royce and Kathy Welch of Stonewall, La., and Robert Bozeman, Jr. of Longstreet, La.; his daughter, Madison Reigh Bozeman of Shreveport, La.; three sisters, Candice Bozeman of Stonewall, La., Bobbie Hebeisen and husband Steve of Stonewall, La., and Amy Robbins and husband Dewayne of Evansville, In.; maternal grandparents, Warren and Cecelia Hunter of Shreveport, La., and paternal grandfather Reecie Bozeman of Longstreet, La.
Pallbearers will be William Bozeman, David Bozeman, William Bolton, Randy Nolen, Chris Brooks, George Ray, John Hunter, and Will Brown. Centuries Funeral Home

Shawn is one of the greatest tattoo artist that I have ever known. It hurts deeply that he is gone. One of the funniest things that he had said was that I was his favorite Tator Tot, which is the last tattoo that he had done on me. One of his dreams that he told me was that he wanted to have his own Tattoo shop in the Future. My heart and prayers deeply goes out to his family and friends. Jessica please don't hesitate to call Sheila or myself when ever you need anything?

Shawn was such an inspiration to everyone he knew. My husband, Jesse, was an apprentice at the shop and looked up to Shawn. He had so much talent and a heart of gold. My deepest prayers and sympathy for his family, friends, and those hearts that he has touched so much. Shawn, you will be in our hearts forever. I will always remember seeing you on Sunday at the movies and all the good times we had. We love you and miss you dearly!

Shawn was a wonderful artist and friend. He will be missed. He was one of the inspirations for me to begin tattooing. I have 5 peices that he did as an apprentice and as an artist. I last spoke to him in August of '06. I pray that God will be with his family.

I have known Shawn for 15 years. In all of that time I have only heard him speak kind words of everyone around him. No matter how long it had been since we had seen eachother, he always had the warmest smile and hug to greet me. I am saddened by the loss of this wonderful man. Kathy, Candace & Family,
I still can't believe this is real. There are so many memories running through my mind. Shawn was in my home on many occassions while living here in the Houston area. He always had a hug and "I love you Aunt Connie" for me. He will always have a special place in my heart.

I was always around Shawn. Every childhood memory I have of my brother, Shawn was usually with him. I haven't talked to him in close to 8 years or more, but that doesn't lessen the pain. I'll always remember him as another brother. My prayers go out to his family. I'll miss him.
