Timothy Shepherd Obituary
Shreveport, LA - Timothy Carlton Shepherd passed away February 25, 2015, following a short illness. Services will be held at New Hope Baptist Church, 689 Old Athens Rd., Homer, LA on Fri. February 27. Visitation will be at 5:00 pm and the memorial service will begin at 6:00 pm. C.B. Shepherd and Jeff Villegas will officiate.
Timothy was born in Shreveport, LA, June 27, 1968. He worked with All Regions Services, specializing in pine and hardwood reforestation. Timothy was a star football athlete at Homer High School. He loved the outdoors, with hunting and fishing being two of his favorite sports.
Timothy is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.B. Shepherd Jr. of Athens, LA; sister Aleece Shepherd Crank of Shreveport and brother Erik and wife Ellen Shepherd of Athens; nieces Caroline Crank and Emma Shepherd; nephew Gage Shepherd.
Timothy was well loved by his family and will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the charity of your choice.

Timothy helped me this past summer with some small jobs when we were remodeling our kitchen. He was such a help and we appreciated all the work he did for us. Timothy, also, helped out with the big Pathfinder garage sale. He was always willing to help with anything we asked him to do. I am so thankful that we got to know Timothy and we look forward to meeting him again when Jesus comes!
