SIDNEY - Ann Bennion age 92 of Sidney passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 4:05 AM at Ohio Living Dorothy Love. She was born on November 15, 1932, in Brown County, Indiana, the daughter of Harry and Annis (Mitchell) Kerlin.
Ann is survived by her loving family, children Steve (Sondra) Wagner, Ross Wagner, Alison Wagner, John Bennion, and Doug (Kathy) Bennion and grandchildren Alixandra Wagner and Scott Wagner.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, first husband James Wagner and her second husband John Bennion.
Ann earned her teaching degree and later her master's degree and spent a wonderful and enriching career educating her students. She enjoyed many hobbies, golfing at the moose, traveling especially her annual trip to Charlston, South Carlina, Archology in which she was able to go on a dig, curating her family's genealogy, playing piano and shopping. She was a lover of all animals. She was a member of First Baptist and singing in the church choir. Ann was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who love her.
Memorial Services will be on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 12:00 PM Noon at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Pastor John Young officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday, from 10:00 AM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in her memory to Wilson Hospice, 1083 Fairington Dr. Sidney, Ohio 45365 and First Baptist, 309 E. North St. Sidney, Ohio 45365.
