MINSTER — Michael L. Sextro age 45 of Minster, Ohio died Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at his home in Minster. He was born August 8, 1975 in St. Marys, Ohio to Fred & Kathy Sextro who both survive in Minster.
He is also survived by his children: Ava Marie & Landon Michael and the mother of his children Angela Marie (Schmitmeyer) Sextro, siblings: Lori Sextro, Minster, Gail & Wade Green, Florence, KY, Greg & Kara Sextro, Minster, Angela & Ben Palicki, Indianapolis, Trisha & Connor Robertson, Tuscaloosa, AL, Brian & Christa Sextro, Minster, 15 nieces & nephews.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Mike was a youth coach for his children sports and a Jr High Football coach at Minster. He was a 1994 graduate of Minster High School, worked for Area Electric and avid farmer raising hogs and cattle.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM on Monday, January 11, 2021 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 1 to 5 PM on Sunday, January 10, 2021. Visitors are asked to follow CDC guidelines.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to his children's scholarship fund through Minster Bank. Condolences may be left at www.hogenkampfh.com.
