Randy,
I was looking up something in West Liberty and stumbled on Penny's obit. I obviously never knew Penny but see that you were married for 40 years. Being married for 36 years, I cannot imagine the pain. Just wanted to say my prayers are with you and your family.
God Bless, Barb Esch Jenkins

Penny was a wonderful person. Years ago we worked as well as went to college together. She always knew how to make me laugh. My only regret is that we lost touch. I want to let her family know how much she totally loved you.
