Christian Juttner Obituary

Christian John Juttner
1964 – 2024
Christian John Juttner passed away on November 29, 2024 at his home in Yucca Valley due to natural causes.
Christian was born on May 20, 1964 in Pomona, California and spent his early years as a child actor. As an adult, he worked in a variety of fields, got married in 1990 and started a family, and owned and operated SCV Glassworks for 20 years in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Christian was a man of many talents and passions, and he could always be found tinkering in his garage. Whether he was woodworking, cooking, doing projects with his family, or contributing to his community, he always found joy in creating something with his hands. His creativity was matched only by his love for his family.
Christian is survived by his daughters, Aidan and Ryan Juttner, and by his son, Lucas Juttner, who were his greatest pride and joy; his dog, Noah; his mother, Marlene Courtland; his former wife, Ann Juttner; and his sister, Shelley Landgraf. He is preceded in death by his father, John Juttner.

I never met Christian Juttner but he made a lasting impression on me as a child. He was only a year older than me so we "grew up together" - me in Ohio and him on the big and small screen. I saw everything he'd ever been in, with a favorite being Return From Witch Mountain. Yes, he was cute but he also seemed to radiate "nice" - I could just tell he was a nice boy, a good person. I also loved his name, it was the first time I'd ever seen or heard the word Christian without it referring to religion (although I am a Christian, so that's cool too). My 15-yr-old self decided if I ever had a son I would name him Christian and - at the age of 23 - I did exactly that. My Christian (pic attached) will be 37 next month and I will always carry a special place in my heart for Christian Juttner. May he RIP and may God be with his loved ones at this difficult time.

I want to wish my deepest condolences to Mr. Juttner's family. I did not know him personally, however I was a fan of his growing up in the 80's as I did like his character "Dazzler" in the film Return to Witch Mountain from 1978, as well the film I wanna hold your hand also from 1978. I saw him in reruns of several shows from the 1970's that were reruned in the 1980's, as well I enjoyed seeing him in the 2003 special feature segment in The Return to Witch Mountain DVD. Again I wish his children, his mother, and ex wife Ann my deepest condolences. I pray for peace for Mr. Juttner's entire family during this time of mourning. I apologize in advance if I am out of line, as I of course was just a fan of his, and not a friend or family.
