John Snee Obituary

John Snee, 71, died surrounded by family at his home in Long Beach on July 8, 2022 after his courageous battle with cancer.
Ted, a long time resident of Saugus was active in his community through Hart Baseball, Boy Scouts, Saugus High School Booster Club, and St. Kateri Catholic Church. He retired from the LAPD as Detective II with 35 years of service. After retirement Ted enjoyed traveling the world with his wife seeing countries on five continents. Hobbies also included cooking, making jam, fishing and camping in their RV.
Ted is survived by his wife Lorelei of 42 years, his sons, Brian (Mara) of San Clemente, Christopher (Shelby) of Lakewood, five grandchildren, Mackenzie, John Malachy, Teddy, Finn and Rowen.
Services will be held on July 22, 2022 at 10am, at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church in Santa Clarita. Directors: CrippenMortuary.com

I went to St. Francis with Ted and then we both became student workers with LAPD while we were attending Glendale College. I lost track of Ted after that but he was quite the character. My condolences to the Snee family.
