Stanley Elmore Obituary

Stanley L. Elmore
(Retired Gladding, McBean & Co. and Interpace Corp.)

87, died Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at Henry Mayo Hospital.

Stanley was born on May 12, 1922, in Atwater, CA. He had lived in
Glendale, CA for most of his life. After retiring he relocated to
Washington State, but headed back to Southern California and had
lived in Santa Clarita for the last 25 years.

He was in the U.S. Army from 1942-1946. He loved to hunt, trap
shoot, and spend time with his family and friends, Dodger Baseball
and the Saugus Swap Meet.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Virginia Elmore of Santa
Clarita, his son Gary & Cathy Elmore of Deer Park, Washington, and
his daughter Cheryl & Don Bachman of Santa Clarita, his
grandchildren, Thad & Michele Elmore, Jessica & Mike Ferguson, Dallas
& Jason Cartee, Amber & Daniel Douglas, Jennifer Bachman and Jason
Bachman, his great-grandchildren, Cameron and Riley Elmore, Reese and
Kendall Ferguson, Anna, Wyatt & Kyna Cartee and Summer & Gavin
Douglas and Davey Douglas, the prettiest dog he had ever seen.

There will be no services as this is the way Stanley wanted it. His
ashes will be scattered at the place he loved most, the Sierra Nevada
Mountains.

Stanley's family wrote, "He was a wonderful and loving Husband, Dad,
Grandpa and Great-grandpa."
