I just learned of Steve's passing from his daughter Andrea on Facebook. We were in the same outfit in Vietnam and flew in combat on Chinooks. Rest in Peace old friend.

To Steve's family: My deepest sympathy is extended to all of you. I just found out on Friday that Steve had passed away. I've been remembering time spent together as kids (back in the 50's and 60's) and have been smiling. I hope and pray that your memories will do the same. Sincerely, Michele Thom (Steve's cousin in Oregon City, OR).
