Dearest Angie, Jim, Nicole and family,

My heartfelt prayers are reaching out to you over the loss of your beloved "Timmy". My daughter, Dee Dee, and I spent this morning remembering and sharing so many funny, wonderful stories about Timmy when he was little.

Dee Dee loved caring for the children and wants you to know her thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

How proud you must be of "Timothy", the handsome young man, father and admired by so many in his community.

Angie, God always wants the best, first, to be at his side. This must give you and your family great comfort knowing this. It's been so many years since our time together, but I'll never forget you.

Love and God Bless you all,
Pat Strickland Buckmaster

Although I didn’t know Tim personally, the stories Chris would come home with made it feel like I did. They were always happy stories, silly stories, stories of amazement of all of Tim’s accomplishments and stories of his beloved family. Chris would always come home with his cell phone on hand and a huge grin on his face and all I would hear was laughter.. When I would ask who it was he was talking too it was always Tim. I cannot remember a day without Chris not talking on the cell with Tim. Chris would always speak about Tim with great admiration. He would always tell me how Tim could do anything.. I met Tim a few times, a couple times when he played ball with Chris and once when we had a double date with him and his Dena. We didn’t speak much but there was a gentle and kind quality about him that you could see in his eyes. I am so grateful that Chris found his kindred spirit in this life time and someday they will meet up again... He was like a brother to Chris and very much loved like one. Thank you, Tim for being such a great and special friend to Chris. Kind, giving, nonjudgmental, a good listener, funny and most of all.. a true friend. You made Chris so happy and for that I will always be grateful to you. You will always have a special place in our hearts.. You will be dearly missed by Chris and all who knew you..

My heart goes out to his family - I knew him growing up - his sister and I were in the same class and had a lot of playdates. I lost touch with the family when we grew up and they moved from San Jose, but they were always in my thoughts.
Nothing but great memories with them. Know that you are in my thoughts and I hope for peace soon.

We are so so saddened to hear of Tim's passing. I will never forget the call I received on Friday morning from my friend Angie to tell me, I couldn't understand and thought "I can't believe this". John and I were not there to personally be of comfort, however, you have been in our prayers and thoughts since then and for days to come. Tim accomplished so much. So much to be proud of. He was a good boy turned wonderful man, as a son, husband, father, extended family and public servant. We have many memories indelibly etched with you. We will miss you.

I am so saddened by this news. My heart breaks for his wife, Dena, his children Hannah and Lucas and his mother. I lived on Everett Drive in Newhall when the White family lived there and my son Andrew went to school with Lucas. I can't imagine what the family is going through at this time. The entire family is in my thought and prayers...... may you somehow find the strength to get though this.

My deepest condolences go out to Deputy White's family and friends. I think of Timmy White often. I was raised in Ukiah, California. I remember vividly the day Timmy was kidnapped and I remember when he was miraculously returned to his family. I was sad when his family moved him away but I understood their need for privacy. I am happy to find out out he went on to have a beautiful life. God Bless.

To my best buddy Tim, I'll miss you dearly. We shared countless laughs & great times together. You made coming to work fun. I'll also miss playing baseball with you, what an awesome pitcher! You threw with such accuracy & strength. I thought we made a great duo as pitcher & catcher. You could do anything, & great at ANYTHING you did! (I used to tease him about that) It's an honor to have known you, and call you my friend. I loved you like a brother.
You meant so much to so many, & you'll be greatly missed by all who knew you.
My deepest condolences to Dena, Hanna, Lucas, parents, sister, & extended family. Till we meet again. Sincerely, Your friend -

Although I did not now Deputy Sheriff Timothy White, my heart is broken to learn of his passing, and the pain his family is going through. I am the mother of a police officer. Peace officers are my families HEROES. Timothy served and protected good citizens by putting his life on the line with those who break the law in such heinous ways. Therefore, Timothy James White---your passing has made mothers and fathers across this country WEEP. Go with God, dear one.

My deepest sympathies to the loved ones that Tim left behind. It breaks my heart that the life of someone so young was taken so soon. I used to work with Darla and I know how much she loved her family and my heart grieves for her.

Blessings to all of you during this very painful time. I pray that you find peace and rest in the arms of Jesus...

Just a couple of weeks ago, before I left on my Hawaii vacation, me and Tim were at work laughing it up. Whenever I'd meet up with him, we would always bust up laughing at our jokes. We'd feed off of each other. Man, what a lively guy and great friend. It's hard to believe he has passed. We will meet again my friend. Till then, we'll all be missing you brother.

Tim will be missed by all. He stood out from the croud with his smile and laugh. We had great times working together in 2004 and we became friends. We enjoyed playing softball for L&L together. I was so excited when I found out Tim became a Sheriff.
