My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I worked for Tom in the summer of 1968 building houses. I was straight out of high school in Newcastle Nebraska. John Olander

Let T.P. build your Teepee.
Tom had a great sense of humor . He hired me to tear down houses amd taught me so much about building. He was master Builder. He taught me several good lessons that i still hold dear in my life now. Good bye old friend.
Rest in peace ..

I met Tom through my friend Judy VandeZandschulp who delivered meals on wheels to Tom. Tom was the sweetest person! Tom loved cats like both of us. After Judy moved away, she asked Darrell and I to take cupcakes over to him for his birthday. We were thrilled to do so. When Judy came back to visit, I'd go with her to see Tom. He would always share so much about his life. Was saddened when he had to go to a nursing home in another city, but it was best for Tom. Some people come into our lives for a season. Tom was one that came into mine. My deepest sympathy to Tom's family. He was a blessing to know and I know Judy would agree as well! Chris Lowe Sioux City Iowa
