I started working with Dr Cross in January. He was always cheerful and chatty; I really liked talking with him. He always said good morning and always poked his head in to say bye and have a good weekend. It was a pleasure working with him and getting to know him in the short time had. My prayers are with his loved ones during this difficult time.

Brian and I were the same age. We attended Sunday school together. Additionally, we were also baptized at the same Maundy Thursday service at First Christian Church in Springfield, Illinois. He was like a family member.
Later, Brian and his dad served my parents and me as our dentists. Brian was a kind, caring person, and my family and I were blessed to know him.
In the Bible, Jesus assured us that we would be with Him in Paradise, and I know that Brian is already there, by Jesus' side.
Heavenly Peace and eternal love to you from the Garber family, dear Brian.

Dr. Brian Cross was my dentist for years, his father was my parent's dentist, and my mom and I see his brother, Dr. David Cross, too. You are one of the most kindest and caring family I have ever known. I was in my late 20's, and on vacation in a remote area, when I developed a horrible infection in my mouth. I called Dr. Brian", and he tracked down the nearest pharmacy, many miles away, and told me how to take care of myself and told me to meet him at his office on a Sunday at 7:00 a.m. as my flight was coming in very late the Saturday prior. My father was in a nursing home, due to ALZ. The nurses thought he was trying to let them know his mouth or an area around there was hurting him very badly. My mom called the Cross's office and Dr.Brian went right over and found my dad had cracked his tooth. He took care of him, relieved my father from pain, and would not accept payment from my mother. You are all very gentle dentists and wonderful people.I and my mother are so very sorry to have read this.Nancy and Shirley Naughton
