Brooke Frances Platt Bradley passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017 in Springfield.
She was born on February 7, 1981 in Springfield, to Phil and Sylvia Sorrill Bradley.
Surviving are her mother and her sister, Alexandra (John) Viser.
A private memorial ceremony will be held.
