Daniel Milligan Obituary

Daniel Edward Milligan

Chesapeake - Daniel Edward Milligan, 47, died November 13, 2014. He was born in Waynesboro, VA to Robert Edward and Betty Eggleston Milligan. Daniel was an avid sailor and enjoyed flying RC Airplanes. He was a member of The Bridge Christian Fellowship, Theta Chi fraternity at ODU, and the American Model Airplane Association.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Robert M. Milligan of Williamsburg; parents Robert and Betty Milligan of Chesapeake; sister, Kathleen Lester and husband Jeff of Nashville, TN; nephews, Richard and Chris Lester.

A Life Celebration service will be held on Saturday at 2:00 pm at The Bridge Christian Fellowship, Chesapeake. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.altmeyer.com.

Dan is my Fraternity Brother and friend. Dan was always willing to extend the "helping hand" in our youth in the spirit of our Fraternity Motto. Dan was kind and always had a kind word to speak about someone whether they were around or not.....He will be deeply missed by his friend and fraternity brother, Jeff Rhue, and the many friends he had at ODU. Hitey Titey, God Almighty Dan, Zeta Pi Theta Chi for Life and beyond. Godspeed Dan, You will be going to the good place. God Bless Your Family, Jeff
