Just receiving a "reminder" from Legacy about Dorothy´s passing six years ago. I signed the guest book then, but am always sad to lose a classmate. R.I.P. Dorothy.

To the children and grandchildren of my friend Dorothy Hosto, your mother and grandmother was a fearless, fun, witty, determined lady of true character. We hiked the mountains of Colorado and Tennessee, tromped all over southern Illinois, went to Illinois basketball games and generally had fun fun fun. I will miss her!

Dorothy and I became good friends in first grade and remained friends all our lives. I will miss her. I know she was fighting the battle with all she had. Deepest sympathies to her family.

I will always have the fondest memories as Dorothy was always the type of person to be kind and work hard with all her fellow employees she came across with at Bunn. May her soul rest in peace & her family know we are thinking of her always as prayers are sent out. I hope everyone there I worked with will say a prayer for her family & her tonight as she always reached out to all of us to help in that same kind way. You are a true Angel Dorothy! God Bless; Michelle Lefrere

So sorry to learn that Dorothy lost her battle with cancer. She was a special friend when I worked at Bunn and a great canasta player! Her love of family was very apparent. Another one gone way too soon....
