Many years have passed since I had contact with Frank, but I remember him just like yesterday! From elementary until we thought we were grown and went about our BUSINESS; FRANK was always my friend, he always had a kind and good word for me and I for him; most of the time we were just silly, (kids), but we always had a connection. He always called me by my full name WE ALWAYS had a wonderful relationship! Frank and I were ALWAYS FRIENDS! This means a lot to me. To Delbert and all of the family please accept my condolences and know that you are in my prayers! FOR FRANK, "I LOVE YOU!"
