To Jimmys family we extend our deepest sympathy. Met Jim in 1984 at powerplant classes at LLCC. Both of us trying to improve our lives, I hired in at Comed the next year, he got promoted to mechanic, worked with him for the next 28 years, always good and good hearted. Proud to have known him, will miss him dearly, but know he is in a better place. To my friend and union brother may you rest in peace. Smitty

Jimmy will always be remembered as one of the good guys. You could always count on him to get the job done and get it done right. Whether it was at work or working on houses in his construction business, I enjoyed every moment that we spent together.I know that when Big Jim and Jimmy would get into it on the home projects, there would always be a good laugh. You will always be remembered my friend.
