Christy, Jeremy, R.J.&.Johnny, We are so sorry that this day has come. Please know that your Dad will be with you forever, and that you will be in all our thoughts and prayers forever.
What do you say about a person that, was a very good friend during good times and bad, no one was a stranger, everyone that ever was lucky enough to meet him was never forgotten, nor was he ever forgotten by anyone. 40 years of friendship with Jerry will never be enough and there will never be another Friend like J.T. You will be greatly missed but our memories will be strong forever. We love ya ol' buddy, Thanks for being our friend! RIP Jerr

Jeanette and John, and family,
We know how hard it is to lose a loved one, but when their struggles on earth are too hard to bear, it is a relief to let them go. Jerry is now in a place free of pain and suffering, so it is now that we should celebrate the life that he had while here on earth, and rejoice in the knowledge of him spending eternity in heaven. Love you guys, always in my thoughts and prayers. Diane K Seiz-Davis
