SPRINGFIELD - Lloyd "Chris" Young, 44, of Springfield died Monday, July 9, 2007, at Memorial Medical Center.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2007, at Second Timothy Baptist Church.
James D. Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

I knew him as "BIG Lloyd" I met him many years back and had a few encounters with him when he was tendin to some business at the county building. Anyway, I liked Lloyd, he was a GOOD MAN, Im sure he was loved by many and missed by alot of his friends and family. Chris was family in more ways than one. He named and was my first born daughter Ja'Mira's godfather and he is the brother in law to my Aunt.Although I moved to the East Coast,I will always remember the good times and the laughs.
