LINCOLN - Margaret M. Gehlbach, 82, of Lincoln passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 2:05 a.m. at The Christian Village Nursing Home in Lincoln.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lincoln with Rev. Glenn Fontanna officiating.
Visitation will be held on Friday evening, December 9, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln. A Rosary Service will be held at 4:45 p.m prior to the visitation.
Cremation Rites will be accorded following the service on Saturday.
Burial will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date.
Margaret M. Gehlbach was born on February 20, 1929 in Crystal Falls, Michigan the daughter of Frederick and Evelyn Martin Johndrow. She married Robert C. Gehlbach on May 1, 1948 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He survives.
Also surviving are her children: Gary (Christyne) Gehlbach, Marianne (Daniel) Whitney, Lynne (Bert) Buehler, Dianne (Ronald) Buch, Philip (Chuck Engle) Gehlbach, and Carol (Nathaniel) Radwine, two sisters: Easter Kiddle, Audry Glenn, fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, and one grandson.
Margaret graduated from West High School in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
She retired as a Manager for a Condominium Association in Green Valley, Arizona.
Margaret was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Women's Guild and Young at Heart.
Memorials may be made to The Christian Village Nursing Home.
