My memories of Steve are pretty old but still very firm in my memory. He was one of my closest friends growing up. He was many times a calming factor in my anger and hate of the norm. He was the only one of my friends who could stop my rage. Many never new this and I am truely sorry that I never took the time to tell him "Thank you!" His influence the last time I saw him helped me to become closer to our Lord. I did tell him thank you for that. He will be missed. My prayers are with you Lynn and Judi and with his wife and children. He was a wonderful gift from God to his family and friends.

I am so, so sorry to hear the news about Steve. It just doesn't seem fair but I imagine that he would tell us something different. I will always cherish the time spent reacquainting during his Mom's wake and funeral. He was always Grandma Burke's special guy so I am sure that they are deep in conversation catching up. My deepest sympathy to his wife, children and sisters. May the memories of a very special man bring comfort to you in this very sad time.
