Grandma will be missed by all that that knew her. I have a lot of great memories that will never go away. These times do come to all families but still its a difficult time for us. I pray that everyone will be comforted and I wish I could have been able to make it back to Ill. to be with you. The thought of Mark reuniting with grandma makes this easier to deal with as we still miss him greatly. Please know that our love is with you. Jeff Troyna and Family

As the dry and dusty trail stretched before me,
I thought of what had
been, exsisting now in memory.
The plains of summer grasses, the stream of pure mountain waters,
the colors of the rainbow scattered in a mosaic of
unbelievable complexity.
In the distance a thunderhead is building,
the rumbling of it's internal
construction can almost be heard, more likely imagined.
Once again I turn my
attention to the path,
it seems to lead to the sun, resting now on the
far > horizon.
The clouds and sky, reflect the heart of the sun and all
that it is,
with the purple, pink, shades of blue, orange and crimson. These
colors
blending with the earthened tones of land as it reaches to the light
of
creation.
I relax and know that my path is before me, the purpose is remembering
There is a breeze that comes from behind me,
as if to push me forward and I sense the presence of one I cannot see.
Seeing without sight the winds embrace me, and whisper softly.
"You are never alone,
for I am always
with you".
My steps though tentative, begin again. The earth guides me, the wind
embraces me, the waters nourish me, and the fires warm me. These
things I will remember and know I will never be, as I have never been,
"alone"
the
Journey begins anew

And Karla This is for You and You'r Family, With All Our Love. Vickie and Chris.
I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY
I said a prayer for you today,
And know God must have heard.
I felt the answer in my heart,
Although He spoke no word...
I didn't ask for wealth of fame,
I knew you wouldn't mind.
I asked Him to send treasures
Of a more lasting kind.
I asked that He'd be near you,
At the start of each new day.
To grant you health and blessings
And friends to share your way.
I asked for happiness for you
In all things great and small
But it was for His loving care
I prayed the most of all!
With All My Love
Hugs & Kisses

For Sharon and family, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Grandma. I knew Thelma when I worked with her in the laundry @ St. John's Hospital in the mid-to late seventies. Thelma was quite often my partner when we had to fold patient gowns. It gave me an opportunity to get to know her and become close to her. She was a very sweet and loving woman... We often talked about our families and she would always gleem with pride when she talked about hers. Thelma was very proud of all of you. She was a very sweet lady with a heart of gold. Even though I did not keep in touch with Thelma after I left St. John's she was one person who you could never forget and I thought about her often. My condolences to the family. Thelma was a terrific person and will be missed dearly; but know she is now in a better place and she lived a long and fullfilling life.

Many times in my life I have disappointed you,
and begun to stray.
But you have pointed me in the right direction,
and sent me on my way.
Many times in my life I've needed a helping hand,
and someone to pull me up.
It was you who gave that helping hand,
and always cheered me up.
Many times I've been sad and down,
and taken it out on you.
But you stood by me and comforted me,
In times that I was bad.
Many times I've needed support,
and to know someone was there.
It was you who held me up,
and showed me how to care.
Many times I've wanted to tell you this,
But never got a chance.
You have helped me out in life,
and got me where I am.
You were there for me through thick and thin,
You never gave up on me and you taught me how to care.
From the deepest of my heart I want to say I love you,
And to thank you for being there for me in times of good or bad.

Thelma worked for me in the Laundry Dept. at St. John's hospital for many years. She was a very talented seamstress who often designed and created specialty linen items for the nursing staff at Saints. She was always, joyful, hardworking, humorous, supportive, and encouraging to those around her. She will be missed.
