Never a Halloween goes by that I don't think of Alan and smile. For many years Alan came into the pharmacy where I worked. He always had his sweet Dachshund with him. Every Halloween he had him dressed in his little hot dog costume and I gave him his puppy treat. One year I even mended it, as it had a little tear in it. Alan was one of my patients I truly missed after I retired. So blessed to have known him...a very special person, who will be missed by many.

Alan always brought sunshine into the shop when he would come in to order flowers for his Mom. I looked forward to hearing from him and catching up around the holidays. He was a kind, gentle, and light hearted soul.
Though I am saddened by the news of his passing and know he is deeply missed here, I am sure his dachshunds are so glad to have their doting dog-dad back.

I was so sad to hear of Alan's death. He was good friend and skiing buddy in high school. I have fond memories of Alan and Jerry. My heart goes out to his family.

I just saw that Alan passed away. He was one of our patients where I work, and he always had such a positive outlook. I lived seeing him when he'd come in, he was truly one of my favorite patients. I'm truly very sorry to hear that he's no longer with us. I am sending prayers to his son's and all his other family and friends. I'm blessed that I got to know him as much as I did over that last two years. - Gabrielle M.

Alan will be deeply missed by all his friends, and never forgotten. He was one of the most caring and considerate people I ever had the privilege to know.
