CARLOS RIOS JR. Obituary
He attended North Lake College obtaining his HVAC degree. Carlos was self employed and took great pride in his accomplishments.
He is survived by his father, Carlos Rios, Sr. (Bonnie); mother, Amanda Enriquez, and four beautiful children, Carlos III, Israel, Crystal and Jacob; seven sisters, Mary, Eva, Martha, Adulia, Raquel, Yolanda, and Louisa; many nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts, two close friends, Jeff and Louis.
He will be greatly missed and remembered always in our hearts.
A memorial service mass will be held at St. Charles Catholic Church, 935 Peterson Rd., Burlington, WA on July 29, 2011 at 12:00 Noon, gathering at Masonic Center, 1023 E. College Way, Mount Vernon, WA.

I miss you tio. I was looking at some pictures & I happen to see a picture when you cut my hair like a dude when my mom was thining it out and you flipped the clippers and shaved my head. I started crying & laughing because I remember how you bought us bows & head bands to say you were sorry. & to make it worse it was picture day that monday. Lol it was funny that was a funny memory. Everything feels so surreal. It still hasn't hit that you are no longer a phone call away. When my phone rings with a number that I don't know; I hope that it's you calling to tell me here's the new number mija don't you dare give it to anybody. :) I will cherish all the good times that we had. I want to thank you for always supporting all the big events in my life, no matter what you always made an effort to be there for me. Thank you so much for getting together with Albert and Raymond to give Hector hell and to make sure he was the right guy for me to marry. I love you tio and I hope that where ever you are that you find that peace you were always wanting for so long. I don’t know why things are the way they are or even why it was your time but it was and no-one truly knows better than him. I am thankful for the many times you bailed me out of jail without telling my mom or even helping me out with that problem only you knew which helped me become a better man and Finally leave Dallas.
