DUDLEY POST Obituary

December 16, 1984 -
March 29, 2017

Dudley Lyter Post (Lee) passed away at the age of 32, after a courageous battle with brain cancer lasting over 6 years.

He attended Cascade Middle School, Sedro -Woolley High School, and Bellingham Technical College.

Lee earned a degree in fisheries management. He worked at remote hatcheries in southeast Alaska before returning to Washington.

His best days were spent fishing, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors.

He is survived by grandmother Judith Ross of Kona, Hawaii, mother Ava Aldridge and step- father Randy Aldridge of Sedro-Woolley, his father Tim Post and step-mother Evelyn Syverson of Alger and his siblings Robin Aldridge, Curtis Post, Darci Post, Beth Post, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Lee passed peacefully in his home with family by his side.

Lee will be remembered for his quick wit, keen sense of humor, love for family, and love of nature.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Dudley Ross of Concrete, Washington and grandparents Andrew J. Post, and Verna R. Post of Anderson Island, Washington.

A potluck celebration of Lee's life will be at Beau Lodge, May 7th at 1pm.
