In 1974, he married Susan Martin and adopted her son, Andy.

In 1976 they welcomed another son, Seth. They were married for 28 years.

Ed was very frugal and loved to clip coupons. He was an avid reader of science fiction, westerns and mystery.

He was a quiet man who liked his privacy and liked to spend time with his son, Seth.

At Ed's request there will be no services.

Donations can be made in his memory to the Humane Society.

It was his wish to be cremated and have his ashes strewn.

There will be a celebration of Ed's life at Fredonia Grange hall at 14245 McFarland Road off Farm-to-Market and next to Sierra Pacific Mill on February 11th from 1pm to 4pm.
