JAMES BRANNICK Obituary

January 27, 1935 -
September 27, 2017

James Edward Brannick was born in Mount Vernon, WA on January 27, 1935, the son of William and Florence Brannick. He passed away on September 27, 2017 in Mount Vernon, WA.

Jim grew up in Mount Vernon and moved to the Anacortes area as a young boy. He attended Fidalgo Grade School and moved back to Mount Vernon, graduating from Mount Vernon High School in 1953.

He married Sandra Diermeyer on November 15, 1950. She preceded him in death in June of this year.

Jim worked for Coca Cola and PepsiCo managing plants in Washington, Portland, California, Virginia, Tennessee, Utah, and Alabama. He specialized in taking struggling canning plants and turning them into profitable operations.

During their 60 years together, Jim and Sandy travelled extensively throughout the United States as well as other countries. Travels included Germany, Russia, Ireland, Europe, and Aruba.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, wife Sandra, son James (Jimmy), brother William (Bill) Brannick and sister Pat Latkovich.

He is survived by his two sisters, Grace Marulla and Mary Antsen and sisters-in-law Marge Brannick and Laurel Bryant and several nieces and nephews.

At his request no services will be held.

Arrangements are in the care of Evans Funeral Chapel of Anacortes, WA.
