Julie and I had a connection when I was in Skagit county before I got accepted into drug court. I was going through a tough time and she talked me through it. She told me that "it may not seem like it now but there is a light in you that will burn bright. Right now it's just some but you will shine again." I will never forget those words. Julie was a wonderful person she saw the good in people even on their worst of days and it breaks my heart that she is gone. I'm just glad she is no longer suffering. Condolences to her family and close friends
