LORI BRANDT Obituary
Lori is survived by mother and stepfather Joanne and Donald Blankenship of Anacortes, WA; sisters, Leigh (John) Krog of Dallas, TX and Lynn (David) Parke of Pacific, WA; three beloved nephews, Nathan Krog, Brandt and Adam Parke; stepbrothers, Donald, Jeffrey and Mark Blankenship; stepsister Barbara Blankenship; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Lori was a graduate of Chief Sealth High School, class of 1973. Lori attended Highline Community College and the University of Washington, where she was a member of Kappa Delta sorority.
Lori's family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Robert Raisch, the Oncology Unit at Island Hospital and the wonderful staff from Hospice Skagit Services.
Lori was West Seattle Miss HiYu and competed in the Miss Seafair pageant. She was employed by Nordstrom for 15 years then Starbucks for 14 years where she loved her job and was an inspiration to all those around her.
The memorial service will be held Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 at United Methodist Church of Anacortes. 2201 H Ave. Anacortes, WA 98221. Reception following.

Box 34935 Seattle, WA 98124, Hospice Skagit Services, 819 S. 13th St. Mount Vernon, WA 98274, Christ Episcopal Church, 1216 7th Anacortes, WA 98221, or the church of your choice.

My sincere sympathy to your family. Lori was one of my closest friends in high school. She was a wonderful person; never had a negative word for anyone. My loss to have not kept in touch.
