Nick Nickelson Obituary
Nick split his childhood between Montana and Washington. When he wasn't working, he could be found spending time with sons, family, and numerous friends. His biggest source of pride were his two boys, Oliver(16) and Gavin(14). He devotedly supported his sons in their athletic pursuits, whether it be by coaching or cheering loudly on the sidelines. Family and friends were very important to Nick and is passing will leave a hole in many hearts.
Nick is survived by his sons, Oliver & Gavin Nickelson; sister Bonita, Nickelson and her children, Justin Temple and his wife, Allison & their sons, Emmett, Krista Temple & Nickolas Temple, sister, Krissy Nickelson & Cory Gray & children, Patrick & Cody; cousins, Miranda Walsh & Sarah Scott, Natalie Walsh, Nicole & Monte Petersen, Susie & Rob Fleming, Risse & Sean Davis, Damion Barnett & Jason Begay, Lisa Lodeski, Kim & Troy LaVoie & Doug Lodeski; aunts and uncles, Linda & Robert Walsh, Kim & Roger Dishman, Carlene Lodeski, Kathy Hill, Kim Bonnet; Grandma Jan Bonnet & Rick Giles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale & Barbara Nickelson; close cousin, Jolene Campbell (Dishman); grandparents, Carl & June Nickelson, Lester & Josephine Bonnet & his Uncle Rick Lodeski.

Deepest condolences. I only meet Nick last summer at the Baker trap. I spent the day with him and felt a connection. I was stunned to learn about his passing yesterday. Thoughts and prayers for the family. So sorry for your loss

Nick was my brother's best friend growing up and my first crush.
There are so many stories about growing up with you that I could share but the thing that I will remember the most about you is that you were always, always, a nice guy behind that big smile.
Every time I think about your passing, my heart breaks for your boys. You were such a proud and devoted father. You are truly going to be missed.

Olivier and Gavin and family we are so sorry and we are going to miss your pictures that you dad posted every weekend after your outing remember he love you boys and we know he is looking down on you and he will keep you both safe we love you both. Your dad will be remember by many because he was a person you loved from the beginning of his friendship,he was taken away from us way to soon.
