Tiffany Marie Poolman

1981 - 2024

Anacortes - With a heart full of love and a courageous spirit, our beloved Tiffany Marie Poolman, age 43, left us on 12/14/2024.

She is survived by sons Colby Lewis, Christopher Lewis, Jacob "J.J." Poolman and their Grandmother Andrea Poolman; father Chris Blackburn; sister LaRisa Beto; brothers Landon Beto and Jimmy Blackburn; Grandmother Verna Blackburn Pederson, as well as a large extended family and many wonderful friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kelly Beto.

Tiffany was a lifelong resident of Skagit County. She graduated from Sedro-Woolley High School and attended Skagit Valley College. She worked in many capacities over the years including as General Manager of Burger King, owner of the Pink Boutique, and most recently as a home caregiver.

With her engaging and empathetic personality, she excelled in caring for others even as her own health declined. Her most cherished role, however, was as mother to her three precious sons. Her youngest son, "J.J." has cerebral palsy and Tiffany was a fierce and devoted advocate for his welfare, spending many days at Seattle Children's Hospital and taking him to various other medical and therapeutic appointments. She relished J.J.'s bright creative mind and keen sense of humor and she was so proud of the fine upstanding young men that her two adult son's, Colby and Christopher, have grown into.

Tiffany will always be admired for her kind heart, sense of fun and her brave and resilient determination to overcome and persevere in the face of life's challenges - and she had more than her share of those.

Special appreciation to her friend and caregiver, Shannon Richner, who provided comfort and companionship and made every effort to enrich Tiffany's last months.

We are grateful for the blessing of Tiffany's life. Her legacy of love will be with us always. A memorial celebration of life will be planned at a later time.
