Donna M. Kosick

1949 - 2025

Donna M. Kosick, 75, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
She was born on April 22, 1949 in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Francis "Frank" and Dorothy Baumgratz Skok.
On April 1, 2003, she married the late James Kosick, who preceded her in death in 2013.

Donna was a graduate of St. Marys Area High School, class of 1967. She attended beauty school and then worked for a number of years as the Office Manager at Lusko Plating in Ridgway. Donna proudly served as a Supervisor for Spring Creek Township, retiring from her position in 2024. In her free time, Donna loved reading and her companionship with her beloved dog, Bella.

She is survived by two siblings; Sharon (Ted) Annis of St. Marys and Howard Skok of Weedville, a sister-in-law; Lee Briggs, and by several nieces and nephews, including; Shay (Amanda) Annis, Amanda Annis, Matthew (Natasha) Annis, Nicholas (Jordan) Skok, Alicia (Tyler) Skok, Katie Charles, David Briggs, and Kerrie Neil. She is also survived by 6 great-nieces and nephews; Isaiah, Tyler, Noah, Mayson, Kalyssa, and RJ.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Donna was preceded in death by a nephew; Todd Annis, and by her in-laws.

Funeral and Committal Services are being held privately with the family.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Elk County Humane Society or to the Ridgway Animal Haven.
