Family and friends will unite on Friday, August 10 for visitation at 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Gospel Tabernacle of Prayer Church, 24516 Budds Creek Road, Clements, MD. Interment to follow at St. John's Cemetery, 43950 St. John's Road, Hollywood, MD.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kevin A. Nelson II '03 Memorial Scholarship Fund at www.archbishopcarroll.org/forms/donations.

Maria. I know that your faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, will keep you this week and the weeks and years to come. I praise God for you and for the example that you have shown me in being a Christian wife, helpmate and being one who picks up her cross and follows Christ during very challenging times. As you know, a believer's trails are not for vain, not only do I know you glorified God these past few months as you took care of Kevin, but I also know you remained committed to our 5am daily prayer call through it all. You pressed on toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus, and God is pleased.
