Peyton Greer Obituary
Peyton was born on July 31, 2005 in La Plata, MD.
Peyton enjoyed soccer and had played for Pisgah Youth Soccer Association, and La Plata Power Red. He was a student at Chopticon High School where he was the soccer team manager. He loved being on the water, fishing and crabbing.
Peyton is preceded in death by his grandfather, Johnnie Arbogast, great-grandfather, Merl Arbogast, and great-grandmothers; Judith Lucier and JoAnne Greer.
Peyton is survived by his parents, Suzanne and Christopher Dudley, brothers; Tony Gallagher and Kolten Dudley, sisters; Leigha Greer and Lillian Dudley, grandparents; Lorraine Hall (Joe), and Todd Wood, Sr., great-grandparents; Shirley Arbogast, Philippe Lucier, Eleanor Dudley and Jack Chrissy Greer, aunts; Laura Hedges (Roger), Mary Dudley (Pat Gentile), Rosemary Wood (Jake), Amanda Bryant (Allen), and Bonnie Guevara, uncles; Todd Wood, Jr. (Rebecca), and Cory Dudley (Tammy), father Martin Greer, and numerous cousins.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM until time of Service at 12:00 PM at New Life Church, 9690 Shepherds Creek Place, La Plata, MD 20646. Interment will be private.
Pallbearers will be his Power Red and PG17 soccer teammates; Danny Flores, Angel Flores, Alex Nicholson, Ben Miller, Ethan Yake, Trevor Deeds, Brenden Broughton, and his cousin Jacob Dudley.
Honorary Pallbearers; Todd Wood, Jr., Cory Dudley, Allen Bryant, Jacob Darbie, Mike Adriani, Tony Gallagher, Ricky Ryce, Robert Coppins, Jason Burroughs, and Coach Mike Deeds.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Peyton's name are asked to the Clements Cuties Foundation, P.O. Box 992, Mechanicsville, MD 20659, https://www.clementscutiesfoundation.org/ or Pediatric Rhabdomyosarcoma giving www.childrensnational.org.
