Mac,
You were a great neighbor, yet more importantly a great friend.
All those hours spent working on those cars i.e. The Triumphs, El Camino and that big yellow Fire bird that Shannon wanted you to give her for a H.S. graduation present (when she was 12) .
All those claimer stock cars Along with our associates at Spanaway. You taught me how to be a good mechanic and showed me many tips that amazed my other friends.
I remember Studying with you to get your licenses and of course when you bought your 1st plane, and all those search and rescue missions...
I can't go by any airport or little neighbor hood airfield without thinking of you. You inspected them all...
You were the pillar of the neighborhood and were missed greatly when you left.
I love you Mac and thank you for sharing your life with me.
Not many would share as much as you did. Getting to visit the area where you grew up in Brimley Bay, and knowing your parents and meeting your sister. Showing me those training camp invitation letters from the Green Bay Packers and other pro teams really impressed me you were heck-of-a football player.
We all Loved U Mac they should name airfields after you.
